my homepage has no provision to extend invitation to others! How do I attract new members ?

To invite friends to your group,the best way is to send them an email with the URL pasted in describing your group asking them to join. ask them to forward the message to their friends.First make your site look sharp. Choose custom colors a good photo and welcoming message. Click edit beside description on your cover page then scroll down and you will find where to do all that. When you set up your group put first posts on moderation, if someone causes a problem at the start with spam or nasty comments ban them then and there. Try to add HTML links to similar sites on your cover page and also a hit counter you can do a search for free ones, they help make your site interesting. As your membership grows add additional moderators and encourage everyone to offer suggestions to improve your group. It takes a long time to build a good group, and remember participation is more important than numbers. Good luck.
Reply:if you're a moderator, you may not have the privilege to invite members. you also cant send invites to people you do not know.
