you write the letter yourself! Its not that hard. Just make sure in the letter mention the fact that you will take care of all her expenses while she is in the UK and that you will be her sponsor. Give the address of where she will be staying at and make sure when she flies in, she uses the same address on the form that's given to her on the plane to complete before landing. This form is then handed to the immigration officer and then the immigration officer will ask her a bunch of easy questions, unless she looks suspicious. Then they'll try to trick you up...lol.
