How do you invite people to view webcam without doing a video call on the new version of Windows Live Messenge?

To show your webcam to your friends, click the “show menu” button (the button on the far right next to the search bar) and select “Actions” from the drop-down menu. From there, select “video,” then select “show my webcam.” The window that comes up will let you choose who you’d like to share your webcam with.
