Why when i invite to view my webcam it always appear "network error occured while connecting?

every time we invite each other to view my webcam.it always says "network error appears while connecting to the server".what does it mean?what should i do to enjoy my webcam while chatting with my friends?

probably slow internet connection which causes your connection not being able to connect..
