How to join an invite only party on Xbox 360?

I know what most of you are going to (get invited) but I need some trick to get into a party,this jackass keeps me away from my friends since they join his party but they like talking to him and he wont join my party he just leaves and invites everyone in mine. I just want to annoy the **** out of him! Please help...
