no, the earlier you get the invite out there the more people will be able to come usually, most places need a 2 week advance for taking off work so it would be good to make an event ASAP.
Reply:Could easily plan it now, but maybe send them out a week before it, so that not too many people catch onto it and invite others, or even earlier if you wanted
